بصری قرص (optic disk) آنکھ میں موجود اس مقام کو کہا جاتا ہے کہ جہاں کتلہ خلیات (ganglion cells) کے محوار (axon) ، آنکھ کی ساخت سے اخراج کرنے کے بعد بصری عصب (optic nerve) بناتے ہیں۔
