I dont think you should use:

"عليه السلام"

Or

"كرم الله وجهه"

or anything like that on Wikipedia, because they are not en:WP:NPOV, because they only refer to the Islam point of view. It could be mentioned that it is a title, but not everytime you mention Ali's name.

See ar, they are already doing that and are in agreement about this.
