     مسلم اکثریت ممالک اور مؤتمر عالم اسلامی کے رکن ممالک جہاں شریعت عدالتی نظام میں کوئی کردار ادا نہیں کرتی۔
     ممالک جہاں شریعت صرف ذاتی حیثیت پر لاگو ہوتی ہے مثلا شادی، طلاق، وراثت، اور بچوں کی تحویل۔ لیکن دیگر صورت میں ایک سیکولر قانونی نظام ہے۔
     ممالک جہاں شریعت مکمل طور پر لاگو ہے، بشمول ذاتی حیثیت اور مجرمانہ کارروائی۔
     اطلاق شریعت مختلف علاقائی حالتوں میں۔
