بازنطینی-ساسانی جنگ 602ء–628ء (انگریزی: Byzantine–Sasanian War of 602–628) بازنطینی سلطنت اور ایران کی ساسانی سلطنت کے درمیان میں لڑی جانے والی جنگوں کے سلسلے کی آخری اور سب سے زیادہ تباہ کن جنگ تھی۔ دونوں طاقتوں کے درمیان میں پچھلی جنگ 591ء میں اس وقت ختم ہو گئی تھی جب شہنشاہ موریس نے ساسانی شہنشاہ خسرو پرویز کو دوبارہ تخت حاصل کرنے میں مدد کی تھی۔ 602ء میں شہنشاہ موریس کو اس کے سیاسی حریف نے قتل کر دیا۔ خسرو نے جنگ کا اعلان کیا، بظاہر مقتول شہنشاہ موریس کی موت کا بدلہ لینے کے لیے۔ یہ دہائیوں پر محیط تنازع بن گیا اور سلسلے کی سب سے طویل جنگ اور پورے مشرق وسطیٰ میں لڑی گئی: مصر، سرزمین شام، بین النہرین، قفقاز، اناطولیہ، آرمینیا، بحیرہ ایجیئن اور خود قسطنطنیہ میں بھی اس کی دیواروں سے پہلے۔
