صحرائے ارالکوم (انگریزی: Aralkum Desert) 1960ء کے بعد سے بحیرہ ارال کے علاقہ میں ظاہر ہونے والا صحرا ہے۔[1] یہ ازبکستان اور قازقستان میں۔ واقع بحیرہ ارال کے جنوب اور مشرق میں واقع ہے۔
