میلان کے پانچ دن (انگریزی: Five Days of Milan) ((اطالوی: Cinque giornate di Milano)‏ [ˈtʃiŋkwe dʒorˈnaːte di miˈlaːno]) ایک بغاوت اور 1848ء کے انقلابی سال میں ایک بڑا واقعہ تھا جس نے پہلی اطالوی جنگ آزادی کا آغاز کیا۔ 18 مارچ کو میلان شہر میں بغاوت ہوئی اور پانچ دنوں کی سڑکوں پر لڑائی میں مارشل راڈیٹزکی اور اس کے آسٹریائی فوجیوں کو شہر سے بھگا دیا۔
