قید خانہ (Prison) جیل (Jail) یا زندان ایک ایسی جگہ ہے جہاں افراد زبردستی رکھا جاتا ہے اور سزا کے طور پر ریاستی عمل داری کے تحت مختلف قسم کی آزادیوں سے محروم کر دیا جاتا ہے۔ ^[1]
