خصی (Castration) کرنا ایک جراحت یا کیمیائی عمل ہے جس کے تحت ایک فرد کو خصیوں سے محروم کر دیا جاتا ہے۔ انسانوں کے علاوہ چوپایوں کو بھی خصی یا آختہ کرایا جاتا ہے۔ انسانوں کو خصی کرنے کی عمومی وجہ قدیم دور میں شاہی حرم میں بطور خواجہ سرا خدمت گار رکھنا تھا کیونکہ حرم میں غیر محرم مردوں کا داخلہ ممنوع ہوتا تھا۔
