علامہ اقبالؔ کو اکثر نظریہ پاکستان کا بانی قرار دیا جاتا ہے۔یہ بات درست نہیں ہے۔ مسلمان دشمن عناصر یا پھر جذباتی اور حقائق سے نہ واقف لوگوں کی وجہ سے یہ بات پھیلی ہے۔ اس سے علامہ اقبالؔ کی بین الاقومی شہرت (خصوصاً بھارت کے تناظر میں )متاثر ہو سکتی ہے۔ مزید انتشار سے بچنے کے لیے اس سے اجتباب کیا جانا بہتر ہے۔--Drcenjary (تبادلۂ خیال • شراکتیں) 20:50, 4 مارچ 2017 (م ع و)
- نظریہ پاکستان کا بانی ہونا متنازع ہو سکتا ہے، لیکن وہ پاکستان جیسی آزاد ریاست کے حامی تھے اور دوقومی نظریے کے قائل۔ اس لیے ویکیپیڈیا حقائق بیان کرتا ہے۔ اس سے کسی خاص ملک، قوم، ذات، فرقے کے لوگوں کا کسی شخصیت، مذہب، نظریے سے بیزاری کرنا الگ معاملہ ہے۔ ہاں اگر اردو ویکیپیڈیا پر کہیں ان کو دو ٹوک نظریہ پاکستان کا بانی لکھا گیا ہے تو وہاں جملے کو وضاحتی جملہ کر دیں۔ --Obaid Raza (تبادلۂ خیال • شراکتیں) 10:25, 9 مارچ 2017 (م ع و)
