زہرا قرنین فضل کی پیدائش 28 اگست 1984 کو ہوئی۔ وہ ایک امریکی صوتی اداکارہ (voice actress) اور مزاح نگار ہیں جو والٹران لیجنڈری ڈیفنڈر اور ہیلو ینگ جسٹس: آؤٹ سائیڈرز (Voltron: Legendary Defender and Halo in Young Justice: Outsiders) میں نادیہ رضوی کی آواز کے حوالے سے پہچانی جاتی ہیں [1] [2] [3] ۔ ینگ جسٹس: آؤٹ سائیڈرز (Young Justice: Outsiders) کے شریک تخلیق کار گریگ ویز مین نے کہا کہ "میں نے اس کو ذہن میں رکھتے ہوئے کردار لکھا تھا۔ وہ ہیلو (Halo) کا کردار ادا کرتی ہے مگر وہ ایک درجن کے قریب دیگر کردار بھی ادا کرتی ہے۔ [4]"
