Gives the start date for Summer Time in Europe (last Sunday in March) for the year in parameter 1 (the current year if not specified), which must be 1981 or later.

Optional parameter 2 (named |disp=), when set to "dm", causes output of month and day only (e.g. "November 3"). If not present, or set to "dmy" (or any other value), output includes month, day, and year (e.g. "November 3, 2013").

The dates for 1981–2013 are historically correct, and those for 2014 and beyond are accurate بمطابق 27 اکتوبر 2013ء (2013ء-10-27).
