• entity has either the property قسم (P31) or خاصیت کا اعلیٰ درجہ (P279) set to :
  • میونسپل ضلع (Q2198484),
  • urban okrug in Russia (Q13626398),
  • or administrative okrug of Moscow (Q4057820)
• and:
• entity has the property انتظامی تقسیم میں مقام (P131) set to the same value as the page on which the template is used.
