Born on 04, March 1998 in Village Masoompur, Muradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, He grew up in the shadow of his parents. father Nabi Hasan Neta ji and his mother Mahmoodi Begum are both very good-natured, kind-hearted, pious and pure-hearted people.

Education: His Education and training started  educational journey from his home.  

After that he reached Arabic University Azamgarh Jamia Ashrafia Mubarakpur to study Mufti۔

And now enrolled for BA at Shibli National College, Azamgarh , He has been completed by the Maulvi, Aalim, Kamil, Fazil Up Madarsa Board Lucknow ,

Hazrat Allama Muhammad Faheem Jilani Sahib Qiblah Misbahi is one of the prominent Indian scholars.

Family circumstances:
 His Family is older Landlord ,  very ancient tribe located in Masoompur, a village in Thakurdwara Tehsil of Muradabad District.  This tribe has its own example of courage and bravery.  Very pious family, in which there have been Muftis, Maulvis, Hafiz, Hajis.& Government teachers  In the same family, a famous personality Mufti Mohd Hasan Raza Misbahi & Hazrat Allama Mufti Muhammad Yamin Sahib Rizvi (may Allah have mercy on him) Talmud Rashid, author of Sharia law Hazrat Allama Qazi Shamsuddin Jafari Jaunpuri, Hazrat Mufti Azam Mustafa Raza Khan Bareli Sharif have also passed away  Who was also a teacher, landscape, orator, writer, poet.

(Mufti Sahib, in obedience to the order of Qazi Sahib, served the religion of Matin in Hamidia University, Banaras for forty five years.)

Allegiance and Intentions:

He pledged allegiance to Hazrat Allama Akhtar Raza Khan Qadri Azhari (may Allah have mercy on him) known as Hazrat Tajul Shariah.

Writing Services From the time you were a student, you had a great passion for paper and pen, so you started your writing journey from there and many articles on various topics which are published in newspapers across the country.  He also translated Al-Qura'at Al-Rashidah and the first Persian version into Urdu, which are still unpublished.
