Hi, I saw your question in IRC. If I understand correctly, you want one of these:

1. A bot to delete all the local mediawiki:messages, because you've now got all of them properly translated in translatewiki - If so, there is a maintenance script that can do this. File the request on phabricator with the project "site-requests". Add a "See also" link to Phab:T45917.
2. A bot to copy all the local mediawiki:messages into translatewiki - If so, file the request on phabricator with the project "translatewiki.net", and they might be able to help you. I'm not sure if this is possible.

I'm not sure if it is possible. Sorry for the confusion, but I meant that you should file the phabricator task, for whichever option you needed! I was just trying to help you make the request as clear as possible. :-)
