عدسہ (lens) آنکھ کے پیش قطعہ (anterior segment) میں موجود ایک دومحدبی (biconvex) شفاف جسم ہوتا ہے جو قرنیہ (cornea) کے ساتھ ملکر روشنی کو یکسّر (refract) کرتا ہے تاکہ وہ شبکیہ (retina) پر تمرکز (focus) ہو سکے اور بصارت کی حس اجاگر ہو۔
