رحمانی 30 ایک بھارتی تعلیمی تحریک ہے، جو پٹنہ ، بہار ، بھارت میں 'رحمانی پروگرام آف ایکسی لینس' کے تحت؛ سابق ڈی جی پی بہار سری ابھیانند کے ساتھ بطور تعلیمی سربراہ ولی رحمانی نے شروع کیا تھا۔
رحمانی 30 کی توجہ؛ تعلیم اور میڈیکل ، آئی آئی ٹی، سی اے، سی ایس اور قانون کے طلبہ کو داخلۂ امتحان کے لیے تیار کرنے پر ہوتی ہے۔ جسے 2008 میں قائم کیا گیا ، رحمانی 30 کی قبولیت کی شرح %0.1 ہے ، جو آئی آئی ٹی سے بھی کم ہے۔ اس پروگرام میں معاشرے کے معاشی طور پر مشکل طبقوں سے ہر سال 30 ہونہار اور باصلاحیت امیدواروں کا انتخاب کیا جاتا ہے اور انھیں جے ای ای ، انڈین انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف ٹیکنالوجی ، میڈیکل ، سی اے ، سی ایس اور قانون کے داخلے کے لیے داخلہ امتحان کے لیے تربیت دیتا ہے۔
