غدۂ حلوہ یا لبلبہ (انگریزی: pancreas) فقاریہ حیوانات (vertebrates) کے نظامِ انہضام (digestive system) اور صمّاوی نظام (endocrine system) میں ایک غدہ عضو (gland organ) ہے. یہ خارجی غدہ (exocrine gland) اور صمّاوی غدہ (endocrine gland) دونوں اقسام کے غدود کا کام سر انجام دیتا ہے، حلوی رس (pancreatic juice) خارج کرتا ہے جس میں انہضامی خامرے (digestive enzymes) ہوتے ہیں اور متعدد اہم انگیزات (hormones) جیسے جزیرین (insulin)، زعامۂ شکر (glucagon) وغیرہ خارج کرتا ہے. یہ اِنہضامی خامرے بھی بناتا ہے جو چھوٹی آنت میں چلے جاتے ہیں. یہ خامرے کیموس (chyme) میں نشاستوں (carbohydrates)، لحمیات (proteins) اور شحم یا چربی (fats) کو مزید توڑنے میں مدد دیتے ہیں.
