حتی زبان (انگریزی: Hittite language) (حتی: 𒌷𒉌𒅆𒇷) ایک معدوم ہندی یورپی زبان ہے جو حتیوں کے مابین بولی جاتی تھی، جو کانسی کا دور کے اناطولیہ کے لوگ جنھوں نے ایک سلطنت قائم کی جس کا مرکز ہاتوسا کے ساتھ ساتھ شمالی سرزمین شام اور بالائی جزیرہ فرات کے کچھ حصوں پر تھا۔
