انٹارکٹک (Antarctic) (امریکی انگریزی /æntˈɑːrktɪk/، برطانوی انگریزی /ænˈtɑːrktɪk/ یا /æntˈɑːrtɪk/ اور /ænˈtɑːrtɪk/ یا /ænˈɑːrtɪk/) ایک منطقہ قطبیہ ہے جو زمین کے قطب جنوبی کے ارد گرد واقع ہے اور آرکٹک منطقہ جو قطب شمالی میں گرد واقع ہے کہ مخالف سمت میں ہے۔ براعظم انٹارکٹکا بھی دراصل انٹارکٹک خطے میں شامل ہے۔
